Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their Course or digital products and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. Refund Policy We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of Starting of Course. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Charge which may be around 0-25 of the amount. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account. Customers are welcome to share their case directly with the managers by emailing them at upskills007@gmail.com , at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to refund full amount if customer is not satisfied and asking for full refund.

FOR ONLINE COURSES :-

We don’t accept or provide refunds for online courses.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS :-

WE WANT YOU TO FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT TRANSACTING BUSINESS WITH US. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS AND THE ACCESSIBILITY OF OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES IMMEDIATELY UPON PURCHASE, THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY.
